With Executive Search, you retain our time and get a fully dedicated search. It’s the most serious way of getting a shortlist of 5 to 7 candidates narrowed down.
With a Managing Consultant in charge, a team of consultants will contact 100s of candidates over 3 to 5 weeks. We present and "sell" the opportunity to the most relevant candidates, and make sure the shortlist is strong enough for you to hire from.
Most of the searches we do is retained since it does give better result and client satisfaction.
As a client, you will have 100% commitment since we are obligated to deliver. Before we start presenting and discussing the role with candidates, we go through details with you about the role, your company history and you as the hiring manager. We level-set expectations.
We will be acting on your behalf when presenting the hiring manager, the role, and your expectations and company to candidates.
Candidates hired via Retained Search can have up to 6 months’ guarantee. The service fee and length of the guarantee period often go hand in hand.
