The Contingency Search service – sometimes referred to as “no-cure-no-pay”-  works well when a shortlist of candidates made from a focused, tailor-made search is not needed, or when clients wish to also search.

Since most countries in Asia are in fast development, the need for getting candidates on board is often urgent. The contingency service is a fast way of seeing examples of candidate profiles with a few days.

With a contingency service, the service fee is normally a percentage service fee of candidates’ annual guaranteed earnings.

Candidates hired via contingency service often have a guaranteed period of 1 to 3 months, whereas the Executive Retained Search has a guarantee period of 3 to 6 months. The service fee and length of the guarantee period often go hand in hand.
